Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 92 in Riga 2003 25 February (pr. No. 11, § 1) labour protection requirements, making the works released under the Labour Protection Act article 25, paragraph 6 of the i. General questions 1. labour protection requirements, carrying out the works.
2. the following provisions apply to works (except the works related to mineral exploration and extraction): 2.1 the underground work;
2.2. the ground work (including installation of artificial ground structures);
2.3. external construction inženiertīkl;
2.4. concreting;
2.5. the specification;
2.6. the isolation and roofing;
2.7. the carpenters and būvgaldniek works;
2.8. folding (iepriekšizgatavot) Assembly and dismantling of buildings;
2.9. finishing work (such as plastering, tiling, painting, papering, Glazer's works);
2.10. internal sanitārtehnisk buildings and facilities network installation and Assembly;
2.11. the structure demolition and degradation;
2.12. būvremont;
2.13. reconstruction of buildings, renovation and restoration;
2.14. the maintenance, if it related to any of the work referred to in this paragraph;
2.15. drilling;
2.16. dredging and underwater work.
3. Works, which leads to increased risks to the safety and health of employees are: 3.1 work in which workers are exposed to the following risks: 3.1.1. apbēršan Earth nogruvumo with soil;

3.8. blasting works;

4. Compliance with these rules is controlled by the State Labour Inspectorate and the national būvinspekcij.

III. Project preparation and execution phases, the Coordinator duties 14. IV. Labour protection plan 17. Labour protection plans, to ensure that all members of the construction with the necessary health information.

69.1.3. used only for work for which they are intended;

71.1.4. provides opportunities for workers to reach safety in the fire or water leaks in the case, and in other dangerous situations;
