Express (2) of the following 2. Breeding: a ' legal person, having sold the bio-breeding, making records: the animal insemination 2.1 log. It indicates: 2.1.1. service date; 2.1.2. the number of national breeding herd-book; 2.1.3. apsēklojam identity number of the animal; 2.1.4. the person who performs the insemination, certificate or licence number; 2.2. projected use accounting journal (annex). " 2. Make the paragraph 3, introductory part the following: "3. the Person who carried out the artificial insemination of bovine animals:". 3. Replace the words "in paragraph 3.1., two" with the word "three". 4. Add to paragraph 3.2, after the word "owner" with the words "and the third copy is stored in that person". 5.
