Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 202 in 2003 in Riga on April 22 (Mon. No 22, 46), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 august 2002, regulations No. 387 "tourism development in national regulations" issued by the Agency in accordance with article 6 of the law on Tourism was fourth and public agency law article 8 the third paragraph to make the Cabinet august 27, 2002 regulations No. 387 "tourism development agency's rules" (Latvian journal, 2002, 121 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text, the words "the protection of the environment and Minister for regional development" (fold) with the words "Minister of economy" (fold).
2. Replace paragraph 1, the words "the protection of the environment and Ministry of regional development" by the words "economic Ministry".
3. Delete paragraph 5.9., the words "on the basis of the Tourism Council of the Fund".
4. Delete paragraph 5.10.
5. Replace the words in paragraph 6.5: Finance Minister "5.1" with the words "Minister of finance";
5.2. "the law" on budget and finance management ' "with the words" the law on budget and financial management ".
6. Supplement with 7.1 points as follows: 7.1 "Agency Director may establish Advisory Board. Advisory Board provides recommendations to the Director of the Agency for the use of tourism funds. "
7. Delete paragraph 11.
