No. 29) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 July 1996, regulations no 246 "rules on border crossings and border posts and border crossing point placement to the State border of the Republic of Latvia" Issued under the State border of the Republic of Latvia Law of article 8 and 11 to make 1 Cabinet on July 2, 1996, regulations no 246 "rules on border crossings and border posts and border crossing point placement to the State border of the Republic of Latvia" (Latvian journal , 1996, nr. 117, 225; 1997, 342./346.nr.; in 1999, 400./403., 440. no; 2000, 133, 135.244.246., 307/309, 360/././372 362, 370, 466./469.nr.; in 2001, 48, 89, 108, 147 No.; 2002, nr. 26) the following amendments: 1. make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. in accordance with the law of the food chain monitoring the sixth subparagraph of article 21.1 and veterinary law in article 53 (2) of the food and veterinary service of sanitary border inspection of goods and products in the veterinary, plant health, food safety and food safety controls are carried out in the annex to these rules in the country (Customs) border control points within certain control mode.";
1.2. make the title of the annex by the following: "the country (Customs) border control points, which allowed to move across the country (Customs) border veterinary, plant health, food safety and food safety control of goods subject goods and products and the control mode";
1.3. the deletion of annex 4, 10, 13 and 13.1 points.
