2. Delete paragraph 2.5., the words "or educational interest".
3. Supplement with 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 2.13 and 2.14. subparagraph by the following: "2.8. continuing education programs, the Ministry of education and science in the order by which learning is provided by the Minister of education and Science approved the sample certificate other general education subject teaching (with the least number of hours-one or two hours a week), if you have previously obtained higher education professional in teaching and teacher education and qualifications in science subjects prescribed by the corresponding thematic area;

2.12. training programmes in special education specific directions of the Ministry of education and science in the order by which learning is provided by the Minister of education and Science approved the sample certificate, if you have previously obtained education in one of the following areas: 2.12.1. professional pedagogical education and higher teacher qualifications school subjects;
2.12.2. this rule 2.8., 2.9, 2.10 or 2.11. training in point;
2.12.3. domestic/household and vocational training for teachers-the Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level;
2.13. continuing education programs in education at the Ministry of education and science in the order by which learning is provided by the Minister of education and Science approved the sample certificate, if the person is a professional secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) or higher education and that person works for the interests of teachers of education;
2.14. continuing education programs in education at the Ministry of education and science in the order by which learning is provided by the Minister of education and Science approved the sample certificate, if the person is a professional secondary education (secondary education and Latvian Chamber of Crafts artisans granted qualification corresponding to the post master's level) or higher education and that person shall implement vocational training programmes of adult education institution. "
4. Express 2.1. subparagraph by the following: "2.1 elementary educator professional higher pedagogical education and qualifications of the teacher (tutor) under the elementary education or secondary education degree, tuition or course or this rule 2.8, 2.9, 2.10 or 2.11. in point training".
5. Put the attachment point 2.3 the following wording: "2.3 the special education teacher in higher vocational teaching education and teacher (instructor) qualification in a particular special educational directions or these rules prescribed in paragraph 2.12. training".
6. Put the attachment point 3.1 in the following wording: "3.1 General secondary education teacher in higher vocational teaching education and teacher (instructor) qualification according to the degree of education, subjects or course or this rule 2.8, 2.9, 2.10 or 2.11. in point training".
7. Put the attachment point 3.3 as follows: "3.3 special education teacher in higher vocational teaching education, teacher (instructor) qualification in a particular special educational directions or these rules prescribed in paragraph 2.12. training".
8. Delete paragraph 5.2 of annex. 9. Put the attachment point 6 by the following: "6. the interest education: teacher education interest (except the sports interests of educators in education) higher pedagogical education or the provision of further training prescribed in paragraph 2.13.".

1.
