Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 458 in Riga august 19, 2003 (pr. No 45, 51) amendment to the vocational training act issued in the Republic of Latvia to the constitutional order of article 81 1. make vocational training Act (Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 1999, no. 14, no. 16; 2001) follows: 1. replace the entire law, the word "Finance" with the word "financial";
1.2. the express article 16 the first subparagraph by the following: "(1) name of vocational education institutions, according to educational level to be implemented include the word" school "," high school "or" College ": 1) school, secondary school (vocational, arodvidusskol, vocational high school) educational institution, which shall implement vocational training programs and enable you to have a first, second or third level of professional qualifications;
2) College-educational institution, which shall implement the first level professional higher education (College of education) programs and enable you to have a fourth level of professional qualifications ";
1.3. supplement article 28 to the seventh paragraph as follows: "(7) from the State and municipal budget funded vocational education programs, except for higher education programs, implement national language or national and minority languages. Minority language vocational training programme to be implemented by the portion of the total amount of which shall be determined by the Cabinet of Ministers. Minority language education programs taught in part determined by the educational institution of the Ministry of education and science. ";
1.4. the express article 30 the fifth subparagraph by the following: "(5) Professional education programs, with the exception of the professional development and vocational guidance education programs, education to be accredited in accordance with the procedure prescribed by law. The program can be accredit, if not less than 50 percent of the program implementing teachers working in primary education (professional continuing education programs, 30 percent) and the compulsory general education content (if provided) shall implement the education institution license issued by relevant professional education programs implementation. ";
1.5. to supplement the transitional provisions to paragraph 6 by the following: "6. Article 28 of this law, the seventh subparagraph shall enter into force on September 1, 2004. Trainees that vocational training programme learning minority languages started before September 1, 2004, continuing education programs learning order that was in effect until September 1, 2004. "
2. subparagraph 1.4 these rules shall enter into force on January 1, 2004.
