Amendments to certain laws of the Cabinet due to the reorganization of the Ministry of welfare and the establishment of the Ministry of health updated 12.12.2003, Latvian Journal No. 176 (2941) Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 596 in Riga in 2003 (28 October. No 56 17. §) amended certain cabinet legislation due to the reorganization of the Ministry of welfare and the establishment of the Ministry of health Issued under Cabinet installations article 14 of law in paragraph 3 in connection with the reorganization of the Ministry of welfare and redistribution of the functions between the Ministry of health and Welfare to make legislation listed in the annexes to the following amendments: 1. Replace the rules referred to in annex 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations: 1.1., the words "Ministry of welfare" (fold) with the words "Ministry of health" (fold);
1.2. the words "Minister of welfare" (fold) with the words "Minister of health" (fold).
2. To replace the rules referred to in annex 2 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations: 2.1 the words "Ministry of welfare" (fold) with the words "Ministry of health" (fold);
2.2. the words "Minister of welfare" (fold) with the words "Minister of health" (fold);
2.3. the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
3. Replace the rules referred to in annex 3 of the Council of Ministers and the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers regulations the words "Ministry of welfare" (fold) with the words "Ministry of health" (fold).
4. Replace the rules referred to in annex 4 of the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations: 4.1 the words "Ministry of welfare" (fold) with the words "Ministry of health" (fold);
4.2. the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
5. Replace the rules referred to in annex 5, the Cabinet of Ministers regulations, the words "the Minister of welfare" (fold) with the words "Minister of health" (fold).
6. Replace the rules referred to in annex 6, the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations: 6.1., the words "the Minister of welfare" (fold) with the words "Minister of health" (fold);
6.2. the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
