Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 685 2003 in Riga on 9 December (pr. No 63 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 November 2001, Regulation No 492 of the "order of ensuring student safety education and organized events" Issued under the Education Act, article 14 paragraph 1 21. make the Cabinet of 20 November 2001, Regulation No 492 of the "order of ensuring student safety education and organized events" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 172) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 3.12 subparagraph by the following : "3.12 to submit applications and notifications to the municipal police or State police if information or reasonably suspects the presence of alcohol, narcotic, toxic or psychotropic substances, unauthorized use, possession, acquisition, enforcement, as well as the incitement to use educational or its territory. ';
1.2. to supplement the provisions under point 6.4. by the following: "6.4. effects of alcohol, drugs, toxic or psychotropic substance, use, acquisition, storage and realisation of the educational institution and the prohibition on its territory."
