No 8 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing order" Issued in accordance with national law, the language of article 6 of the fifth and the education law in article 50 paragraph 3 to make a Cabinet of 22 august 2000 by Regulation No 296 "rules on professional obligations require the State language knowledge and language skills testing procedures" (Latvian journal , 2000, 302., 435./437.nr.; 17, 2001, 99, 105, no. 174) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 14, the word "application" with the word "submission".
2. Make a point 20 as follows: 20. If a person has taken deliberate unlawful acts, to be decided on the State language of issue of the licence, the decision may be revoked in accordance with the administrative procedure law. Person may organize inspection again not earlier than six months from the date of the examination. "
3. Make the second sentence of paragraph 22 as follows: "If a person does not pass a State language skills to the test, or violates the provisions of the decision of the attestation on the Inspection Commission shall adopt within one month of the date of the examination."
4. Express 31 the following: "31. If a person objects to the State language assessment or questions the compliance checks legislation, it may submit the application to the education and examination of the content in the center of the administrative procedure law. "
