Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 126, Riga, 2 March 2004 (pr. No. 9 51) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 379 "procedures prevented, controlled and controllable air pollutant emissions from stationary sources of pollution" Issued in accordance with the law "on pollution" in article 11, paragraph 1, second subparagraph, article 45 of the first subparagraph and the second subparagraph of article 46 do Cabinet of 20 august 2002, the Regulation No 379 "procedures prevented, controlled and controllable air pollutant emissions from stationary sources of pollution" (Latvian journal , 2002, 122 no; 2003, 63 no) the following amendments: 1. Make a point 15 as follows: "15. Environment Agency collects every year and submitted to the Ministry of environment for information on the rules referred to in point 14 of the emissions in the previous calendar year." 2. the supplement to chapter II 15.1, 15.2 and 15.3 points as follows: "If the significant energy consumption 9.4 growth, limited access of certain fuels or certain incineration plant technological problems are exceeded the rules laid down in annex 4 to the total maximum permissible emissions, Ministry of the environment shall prepare an action programme for their combustion equipment to reduce pollution with a nominal heat input capacity of 50 MW or more (hereinafter referred to as the programme). 15.2 the Ministry of the environment action programme submitted for the approval of the Cabinet. 15.3 Upon the approval of the action programme of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Environment Ministry, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of the programme of action by the European Commission. " 3. This information is placed in the Latvian Environment Agency website on the internet. " 4. Express 66 as follows: "66. This rule 15.3 and 28.4 points, as well as and 59.5 59.4. subparagraph shall enter into force on 1 May 2004." 5. Note: 7.3.1. the words "rated thermal capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 7.3.2. the words "rated capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 7.3.3. the words "entrance to the nominal heat capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 7.4. replace 9. Note the words "rated thermal capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 7.5. the supplement to annex 13. Note as follows: "13 starting at 1 May 2004, the emission limit value of 1700 mg/m3." 8.3. Annex: 8.1 Replace table 1-3. the words "in the name box Enter heat capacity (MW)" with the words "Rated thermal input is entered (MW) '; 8.2. Replace table 1 row 2 4 in box number "2000" with the figure "1700"; 8.3. Replace table 1 Note 5, the words "thermal capacity" with the words "the nominal thermal capacity entered"; 8.4. Note: 8.4.1. the words "rated thermal capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 8.4.2. the words "rated capacity" with the words "nominal capacity" of the heat entered; 5.3. Replace table 2-2. the words "in the title of the box (enter heat jauda2)" with the words "(rated heat input jauda2)". 9. Replace annex 4, the word "entrance" with the word "enter".
