Express reference on what basis the provisions of the law, issued by the following: "Issued in accordance with the law" on conformity assessment "article 7".
2. Replace the text, the words "authorized institution" (fold) with the words "notified body" (fold).
3. Make paragraph 5 by the following: "5. Welder or defektoskopist of competence in accordance with the standard EN 45013" personnel EN certification body the general criteria and the requirements laid down in these provisions be assessed (certified) accredited and the newspaper "journal" of Latvia announced certification bodies (notified body). "
