Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 452 in 2004 (April 27. No 25 42) amendments to the Cabinet of 31 august 1999 rules no. 309 "rules for privatization of State property fund put" Issued in accordance with the law "on State and municipal property privatisation funds" the third subparagraph of article 4 and article 5, third paragraph, 1. make a Cabinet of 31 august 1999 rules no. 309 "rules for privatization of State property fund put" (Latvian journal, 1999, 286./289.nr.) the following amendments : replace text 1.1 the words "Ministry of finance" (fold) with the words "Ministry of finance" (fold);
1.2. to replace in paragraph 3, the words "compliance with the law" on State and municipal order "and the law" on business for State and local aid control "with the words" compliance with the law "on procurement for State or local government needs" and business support control law ";
1.3. to replace the words "in paragraph 10.8. in accordance with the law" on the State and the "pašvaldībupasūtījum" with the words "in accordance with the law" on procurement for State or "pašvaldībuvajadzīb";
1.4. delete paragraph 10.10;
1.5. make paragraph 13, second sentence the following wording: "to be included in the draft programme submitted by the Prime Minister only individual aid projects, which have received a European Commission decision on the aid in compliance with European Community law."
