6. Limited liability company "Latvian standards" submit for publication in the newspaper "journal" adapted European Union standards and national standards list that you can apply this provision requirements. ";
1.2. to replace paragraph 14, the words "authorised competent" with the word "reported";
1.3. make 18 the following: "6. electrical equipment conformity assessment shall be carried out by accredited institutions for which accreditation published notices in the newspaper" Gazette "(notified body).";
1.4. to supplement the rules with 20.1, 20.2 and 20.3 points as follows: "20.1 the market surveillance authorities shall take the following measures: 20.11. where there is doubt as to the conformity of the electrical equipment to the requirements or standards applicable for standard use, correctness or adequacy standards, organizing equipment selection, review and prepare an opinion on the conformity of electrical safety equipment requirements. The opinion shall be accompanied by the results of the inspection;
20.12. to the Ministry of Economic Affairs reported on inappropriate equipment for detection of and measures taken by the Administration if, during a check, the cases that can be considered to be systematically observed error of construction equipment design or manufacture.
