Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 344 in 2004 Riga 20 April (pr. No 23 39) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 June 2003 regulations No 336 "rules for use in potentially explosive atmospheres equipment and protective systems" Issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" article 7 1. make a Cabinet of 25 June 2003, regulations No. 336 "regulations on explosive atmospheres-use of equipment and protective systems" (Latvian journal, 2003, 97. nr.) the following amendments: 1. to delete the provision in the text the words "non-profit organization" (fold);
1.2. to replace the text, the words "authorized institution" (fold) with the words "notified body" (fold);
1.3. make paragraph 4 by the following: "4. the Ministry of Economic Affairs recommends that the limited liability company" Latvian standards "of the European Union, reliance standard list.";
1.4. to make point 7 by the following: "7. the compliance of equipment and protective systems evaluated and accredited in the" journal "published in the conformity assessment bodies (notified body).";
1.5. make introductions to point 8 of the following: "8. The notified body shall be entitled to assess the compliance of equipment and protective systems, if it provides the following minimum requirements:";
1.6. to replace in paragraph 8.6., the word "authorized" by the word "entitled";
