Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 343 in 2004 in Riga, 20 April (pr. 1.7. the express 51 the following: "51 essential. to ensure the safety requirements of toys coming to the market, the market surveillance authority may restrict or prohibit the CE mark to the intended use of the tagged toys into the market if they pose a threat to human health and life or other public values. The market surveillance authorities shall take the following measures: 51.1.
