1.2. the express 1.1. subparagraph by the following: "1. the notified body, the Latvian National Accreditation Bureau accredited conformity assessment bodies, on which the accreditation notice published in the Gazette" journal ", or under international agreements or protocols, the competent European Commission notified the toy conformity assessment body;";
1.3. Express 6.1. subparagraph by the following: "6.1. it is made in accordance with European Union standards. 1.5. make the introductory paragraph 41 the following: "41. the conformity assessment body shall be accredited if it meets these minimum requirements:";
1.6. make 42 as follows: "42. Accredited bodies employees must observe professional confidentiality with regard to all information gained in carrying out the conformity assessment of toys."
1.7. the express 51 the following: "51 essential. to ensure the safety requirements of toys coming to the market, the market surveillance authority may restrict or prohibit the CE mark to the intended use of the tagged toys into the market if they pose a threat to human health and life or other public values. The market surveillance authorities shall take the following measures: 51.1. If in doubt about the toy conformity with the essential requirements or the requirements of the applicable standard, the standard use of the correctness or adequacy standards, random toys inspection and organised according to accredited bodies the results of the inspection, prepare an opinion on the conformity of toys with the essential requirements;
51.2. the Ministry of Economic Affairs reported on inappropriate detection and toys the Administration measures, if the occurrences found, which may be considered systematically observed error of toys construction (construction or manufacturing). 51.2 Latvia recognizes toys that are in accordance with the concluded contracts and multinational procedures recognised by the European Union and European economic area countries. ";
1.9. delete paragraph 57 and 58.
