Add to paragraph 1, after the words "foreign financial assistance" with the words "as well as the European Union's structural funds and the Cohesion Fund".
2. Make the following point 5.10.: "5.10. in the European Union's structural and cohesion funds."
3. Delete paragraph 9.6.
