3. the register of the beet producers in addition to the provisions referred to in paragraph 2, the information will include the following data for each registered producer of beet: 3.1 from other natural or legal persons, the basic amount of sugar beet delivery taken over (in accordance with a mutual agreement); 3.2. other natural or legal persons of sugar beet delivery passed basic amount (according to the mutual agreement); 3.3. the year's sugar beet delivery priorities; 3.4. the year's supply of beet the extent to which a sugar manufacturer and the beet producers the year concluded a delivery contract for the sugar beet; 3.5. the manufacturer of the sugar beet supplied during the year amount and percentage performance of the contract; 3.6. removal from sugar beet growers of beet producers register; 3.7. the reduction in the basic amount of sugar beet delivery; 3.8. the increase in the basic amount of sugar beet delivery.
4. Sugar producer each year (until January 10) provide information to the beet producers association of persons that keep the beet producers, for each sugar beet growers of beet delivered the amount of the previous year and the percentage of completion of the contract. 5. The beet producers association of persons that keep the beet producers, every year (up to 15 February) is a manufacturer of sugar beet producers the information contained in the registry for each sugar beet growers of sugar beet delivery of the basic amount for the year. 6. Sugar producer each year (until June 1) provide beet planters Association of persons that keep the beet producers, the following information for each sugar beet grower: 6.1 the delivery volume A beet quota sugar production in the current year; 6.2. delivery of beet B quota sugar production for the current year.
7. the rules shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
