Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 462 in 2004 (April 29. No 26 27. §) rules on the contract price, issued in accordance with the borders of the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers issued on 8 April 2004 the Regulation No 257 "rules on procurement for public service needs" article 27, first subparagraph, and article 70 of the first and the second part of rule 1 defines the boundaries of the contract price that meets the European Union's international obligations in relation to the contract price limits that public service providers must apply a supply, service and works contracts. 2. Contract price limits are as follows: 2.1 the supply and service contracts: $282459; 2.2. works contracts: $3530732.
