Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 457, Riga 2004 April 29 (pr. No 26 § 5) the rules on the determination of the quantity of alcoholic beverages, alcohol and the quantity of alcohol control order Issued in accordance with the law "on excise duty" article 22, second paragraph, and the movement of alcoholic beverages law article 4 second subparagraph i. 7.2. using mass units, using the following formula: V20 = m x k where V20-absolute (anhydrous) alcohol by volume (in liters) at a temperature of 20 ° C;
m-alcohol and water solution mass (kg) of the actual temperature;
k – absolute alcohol by volume calculation factor alcohol and water solution at a temperature of 20 ° C per kilogram, depending on the alcohol content solution (annex 2). 14.6. the monitoring of alcohol (also in every tank and storage space). 15.
