Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 457, Riga 2004 April 29 (pr. No 26 § 5) the rules on the determination of the quantity of alcoholic beverages, alcohol and the quantity of alcohol control order Issued in accordance with the law "on excise duty" article 22, second paragraph, and the movement of alcoholic beverages law article 4 second subparagraph i.
