No 26, § 23) sugar market analysis and preparation of the balance sheet for the submission of the information required and the arrangements for content Issued in accordance with the law the sugar industry article 19 1. determines the order in which the sugar manufacturer shall provide support services in the Field the information needed for analysis of the market in sugar and the balance sheet, as well as the content of that information.
2. The information to be supplied shall contain the following: 2.1 production sugar, molasses and chips;
2.2. the sugar, molasses and chips sales price;
2.3. sugar, molasses and chips sales and inventory;
2.4. sugar, molasses and sugar beet imports and exports;
2.5. delivery contracts for beet, the planned delivery of beet and sugar beet area, transport distance;
2.6. the buying and processing of sugar beet.
3. sugar manufacturer shall provide the following information: 3.1. for supply contracts for beet sugar production quota (annex 1). The information is provided for each type of sugar quota (basic quota — A quota, additional quota B quota or virskvot) — until May 15 of the current year;
3.2. for the purchase of sugar beet and sugar production, processing (annex 2). Information processing of beet period provided for each decade — five working days after the corresponding decade;
3.3. the resources of the market in sugar, the sale and the sale price of sugar (annex 3). The information is provided for each month the five working days following the end of the month concerned, indicating the data in ascending order from the beginning of the year;
3.4. for molasses and chips production, market resources, sales and sales prices (annex 4). The information is provided for each month the five working days following the end of the month concerned, indicating the data in ascending order from the beginning of the year.
4. the rules shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
