Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 435 in 2004 (April 27. No 25, § 18) the amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 3 April 2001, Regulation No 154 of "minimum safety requirements for dietary supplements and requirements marking" Issued under the food surveillance law article 4, second and third parts done Cabinet 3 April 2001, Regulation No 154 of "minimum safety requirements for dietary supplements and requirements marking" (Latvian journal, 2001, 56 no; 2002, 42 no; 2003, 167 no) the following amendments to delete: 1. name, the words "and the marking".
2. To delete the provision on the point of issue numbers and the words "and the third subparagraph of article 13(2)".
3. paragraph 1 shall be expressed by the following: "1. lays down minimum safety requirements for the use of plant and part of the dietary supplements, vitamin and mineral elements the maximum daily intake, as well as the allowable maximum of vitamins and minerālelement daily nutritional supplements intended for extreme conditions employed persons."
4. To delete the 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 16. Prime Minister i. Emsis Health Minister r. Muciņš
