12.4. refusal to issue a special permit (licence), where the Commission finds that: 12.4.1. Enterprise (company) or the operator does not submit the rule referred to in paragraph 9;
12.4.2. the documents submitted false information or documents submitted do not force;
12.4.3. the location will be sold or stored in the plant protection product does not comply with the requirements of the laws governing the movement of plant protection products. 13. the service shall issue a special permit (license) within 10 working days after the decision, if the person has paid the State fee. 14. Special permit (license) is issued for a period of five years. 15. for the special permission (license), the holder shall submit the duplicate service application (annex 2). 16. the Commission shall adopt a decision on the issue of a duplicate in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 12 and 13.
