Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 373 of 2004 in Riga 20 April (pr. No 23, § 73) the rules on the training and professional qualification supporting documents recognised by applying a special system for the recognition of professional qualifications issued in accordance with the law "About the regulated professions and the recognition of professional qualifications" in article 36, paragraph 5, and article 54 in the first part of rule 1 defines a foreign architect obtained education and professional qualification supporting documents comply with the laws and regulations of education laid down the minimum requirements for the architect's professional qualification which recognises by applying a special system for the recognition of professional qualifications, as well as the duration of professional experience and type of cases in which the special system for the recognition of professional qualifications obtained abroad, when architectural education and professional qualifications in part the supporting documents comply with the laws and regulations of education laid down the minimum requirements of the professional qualification. 2. Subject to the provisions in the Member States of the European Union, European economic area countries and other countries that the Republic of Latvia in accordance with binding international agreements are laid down in the Member States of the European Union the right to the recognition of professional qualifications in the field of education and professional issue evidence of formal qualifications or set of the right to use the professional title of architect, take independent professional activities, the profession, and is recognised in the European Union. 3. The Kingdom of Belgium: the national architectural 3.2.1 University or the country's highest architectural diplomas issued by the Institute, which awarded the professional title of architect (qualifications) "architect" or "architecte"; 3.2.2. Haselt (Hasselt) provincial architectural university diplomas issued in that assigned the architect's professional title (qualification) "architect"; 3.2.3. Royal Academy of Arts granted diplomas, which awarded the professional title of architect (qualifications) "architect" or "architecte"; 3.2.4. the diplomas awarded by the ' École Saint-Luc ' (architecte, architect); 3.2.5. university diplomas issued in civil engineering, accompanied by the Architects Association of training issued the certificate stating that the person to whom it was issued, entitled to use the professional title of architect "or" architecte "architect"; 3.2.6. the central or State Examining Board of architects issued diplomas in architecture, attesting that the person to whom it was issued, entitled to use the professional title of architect "or" architecte "architect"; 3.2.7. the practical sciences faculties of the universities and the Polytechnic Faculty of Mons (Faculté polytechniqu de Mons) diplomas issued for courses in learning of civil engineering and architecture, or architecture and engineering, which awarded the professional title of architect engineer (qualifications) "ingénieur-architecte" or "ingenieur-architect"; 3.3. The Kingdom of Denmark: 3.3.1. National School of architecture in Copenhagen and Aarhus (århus) issued the diplomas awarded the professional title of architect (qualifications) "ARKITEKT"; 3.3.2. in accordance with the Danish 28 May 1975 Law No 202 Council of architects issued registration certificate, with which the professional title "registrere the ARKITEKT"; 3.3.3. civil engineering diplomas issued by the University, which awarded the professional title (qualification), and the Danish "bygningskonstruktoer" competent authority issued the certificate stating that the person to whom it was issued, has passed the qualification examination for architects;
3.4. the French Republic: 3.4.1. METSOVION POLYTECHNION of Athens issued diplomas in engineering and civil engineering and the technical Chamber of Greece, the certificate issued, the right to pursue the professional activities in the field of architecture; 3.5.4. the ARISTOTELION PANEPISTIMION of Thessaloniki issued diplomas in engineering and civil engineering and the technical Chamber of Greece, the certificate issued, the right to pursue the professional activities in the field of architecture; 3.5.5. the diplomas issued by the PANEPISTIMION THRAK engineering and civil engineering and the technical Chamber of Greece, the certificate issued, the right to pursue the professional activities in the field of architecture; 3.5.6. PANEPISTIMION PATRON issued diplomas in engineering and civil engineering and the technical Chamber of Greece, the certificate issued, the right to pursue the professional activities in the field of architecture; 3.6. The Irish Republic: 3.6.1. National University of Ireland (National University of Ireland) issued diplomas, awarded with a Bachelor's degree in architecture "(B) Arch. (Well) "University College (Dublin), graduates of architecture specialty; 3.6.2. Technology College (Dublin, Bolton Street) (College of Technology, Bolton Street, Dublin) issued the diplomas awarded in the standard degree in architecture "Dipl. Arch.";

3.6.3. The Royal Institute of architects of Ireland from associate membership certificate "certificate of Associateship of the Royal Institute of architects of Ireland (ARIAI); 3.6.4. Minho (Minho) university diplomas issued in engineering (production) (Licenciatura em Engenharia civil (Produção)); 3.12. The Republic of Austria: 3.12.1. Vienna University of technology, Graz University of technology and the University of Innsbruck and the construction of the Faculty of architecture diplomas issued than architecture or construction (Bauingenieurwesen, Hochbau or Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen-Bauwesen) courses; 3.12.2. Linz (Linz) art and industry college diplomas, University programs in architecture; 3.12.7. construction engineering and construction (Bauwesen, Hochbau, Bauwesen und Kulturtechnik Wasserwirtschaf Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen-,) engineering consultant qualification certificates, issued in accordance with the Civil law of technician (Ziviltechnikergesetz, BGBl. No. 156/1994); 3.13. the Finnish Republic: 3.13.1. technology Faculty of architecture and the University of Oulu, Faculty of architecture, university diplomas issued in that assigned the architect's professional title (qualification) "arkkiteht" or "ARKITEKT"; 3.13.2. Svenska Riksfoerbund (SAR) member of Arkitekter certificate, if the educational and professional qualifications of the supporting documents obtained in the other provisions referred to in paragraph 2 (a); 3.15. Technical University (Ecole polytechniqu fédéral of, of the Technische Hochschulen, Eidgenössisch Politecnic Federal) diplomas issued for study programmes architecture, which awarded the professional title (qualification) "URarch.dipl.EPF", "dipl. URArch.ETH "or" URarch.dipl.PF "; 3.27.2. Informative reference to European Union directive rules included provisions deriving from Council of 10 June 1985 of Directive 85/384/EEC as regards the recognition of diplomas, certificates and other evidence of formal qualifications mutual recognition in architecture, including measures for the effective implementation of the right of establishment and freedom to provide services.
