No 24, § 44) potato starch production quota allocation and administration order Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act, 7. the third paragraph of article 1. determines the order in which are allocated and administered the potato starch production quota. 2. potato starch production company who wants to get the potato starch production quota for the next period in accordance with the Council of the European Union on 27 July 1994, Regulation (EC) No 1868/94 establishing a quota system in relation to the production of potato starch until the current period last December 1 apply the Ministry of agriculture. 3. the 2004/2005 marketing year the potato starch production quota-5778 tonnes – is assigned to the public limited "Aloja-Unit". 4. the Provisions of paragraph 2 shall not apply to the 2004/2005 marketing year. 5. the rules shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
