Council Regulation No 1868/94 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2236/2003 the Administration and supervision of the Field support service. 3. the rural support service (hereinafter service) prepared by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2236/2003 set out the information and submit it to the Ministry of Agriculture and the European Commission. 4. the manufacturer each year up to 30 June shall submit information to the rural support service in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2236/2003 article 3 (2). 5. Commission Regulation (EC) No 2236/2003 inspectors referred to in article 4 determined by the service. 6. the manufacturer shall, each year before 15 February, contracting with the service of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2236/2003 that such conditions are met. 7.
