3.1.4. the documents required for the granting of support, administration and monitoring in accordance with European Union legislation on the granting of aid for skimmed milk processed into casein and caseinates;
3.2. contract services for the amount of the aid. 4. to receive the aid of skimmed-milk powder incorporated in feedingstuffs for: 4.1 the company no later than seven days before the commencement of production shall submit an application in the service of the company for approval. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: 4.1.1. food and veterinary service registration or a copy of the certificate of recognition;
4.1.2. the company's production schedule;
4.1.3. the documents required for the granting of support, administration and monitoring in accordance with European Union legislation on the incorporation of skimmed-milk powder as animal feed;
4.2. the company approved up to the fifth day of each month, submit to the Department an application for aid for the production the previous month;
4.3 Contracting with service on the support payment. 5. the service provides information in accordance with European Union legislation on the exchange of information between the Member States and the European Commission. 6. the rules shall enter into force on 1 May 2004.
