Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 474 in Riga may 6, 2004 (pr. No 27, § 5) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 May 2003, regulations No. 253 "solely and seed cereal trade rules ' Issued in accordance with the law of the movement of the Seed article 2 1, point" a "section to make the Cabinet 13 May 2003 regulations no 253" solely of cereals and seeds trade rules "(Latvian journal, 2003, nr. 73) the following amendments: 1. To supplement paragraph 2 after the words ' Triticale (Triticosecale Wittm)" with the words "buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)".
2. Add to the introductory part of paragraph 9, after the word "corn" with the word "buckwheat".
3. Add to paragraph 31, behind the numbers and the word "40000kilogram" with the name and the number "buckwheat seed lot weight — not more than 10000kilogram."
4. Supplement with 33.1 point as follows: "the mass of the party 33.1 buckwheat is not less than 1500 grams, and is used as follows: 33.11. determination of qualitative characteristics of seed-600 g;
33.12. the post-control of seed-600 g;
33.13. seed moisture and pest infestation detection — 300 g (placed in hermetically sealed containers). "
5. Supplement to annex 1 paragraph 5.1 by the following: "5.1 Between buckwheat volume 500 m".
6. the supplement to annex 3 paragraph 3.1 the following: "3.1 buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) number of plants, the Visual evaluation are found not to be adequate, for the variety should not exceed the following: 3.11. four plants to 75 volume of basic seed;
3.12. the four plants to 10m2 volume of certified seed. '
7. To supplement annex 4, paragraph 2, introductory part beyond words "(Secale cereale l.)" with the words "buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench)".
