Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 478 Riga, 11 May 2004 (pr. 8. § 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget "Issued in accordance with the law" on State social insurance "the third paragraph of article 14 and article 19 to make a Cabinet of Ministers of 5 June 2001 on the rules no 230 ' rules on State social security payments from the State budget and State social insurance special budget" (Latvian journal in 2001, 91 no; 2003, no 114, 183; 2004, 52 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 2.6. subparagraph by the following: ' 2.6. found on the corresponding foreign State service of missing soldier's spouse, except when a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission. "
2. To supplement the provisions under point 3.5 as follows: "3.5. the persons located in that foreign State service of missing soldier's spouse, except when a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission."
3. To supplement the provisions under point 4.4 as follows: "4.4. for persons located in that foreign State service of missing soldier's spouse, except when a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission."
4. Make the introductory paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the information on this provision 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 4.1, 4.3 and 4.4. the persons referred to in the State social insurance agency (hereinafter: the Agency) shall provide:" 5. the Supplement 5.1. subparagraph after the word "services" with the words "abroad and on the persons who reside in a given foreign State service of missing soldier's spouse, except when a soldier participating in international operations, military training the manoeuvre, or telecommute.
6. Add to subparagraph 6.1 after words "designated alternate service" with the words "gone to the foreign country as a service of missing soldier's spouse, except that if a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission".
7. Supplement 6.2. section behind the words "alternative service" with the words "returned from the foreign country as a service of missing soldier's spouse, except that if a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission".
8. Express 11.1. subparagraph by the following: "the Ministry of Defense — 11.1 for this rule 3.1, 3.3 (only for that play military attaché services), 3.5, 4.1 and 4.4. the persons referred to in subparagraph a;".
9. Supplement 12.1. section behind the words "alternative service workers" with the words "persons who are located in that foreign State service of missing soldier's spouse, except when a soldier participating in international operations, military training, manoeuvre or on mission".
