Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 482 in Riga, 11 May 2004 (pr. No 28, § 14) the rules for the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in education, science, culture and sports have been issued in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Act article 14 equipment, first paragraph, point 3-1. the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on cooperation in education, science, culture and sports (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) with these terms are accepted and approved.
2. the agreement shall enter into force for the period specified in article 20 and in order.
