Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 539, Riga, 15 June 2004 (pr. No 37 20) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 27 June 2000, the Regulation No 211 "provisions on State standard of professional secondary education and State vocational education standards" Issued under the Education Act, article 14, paragraph 19, and the vocational training law article 23, second subparagraph, 1. make a Cabinet of 27 June 2000, the Regulation No 211 "provisions on State standard of professional secondary education and vocational education standards of the country" (Latvian journal , 2000, 244./246.nr.) 1.1. the following amendments: Supplement chapter III with 10.1 points as follows: "10.1 national vocational secondary education standard and the national vocational standard requires an educational language according to annex 6 of these rules.";
1.2. to complement the 12.2. section behind the words "or" not credited "with the words" and the number "— or with 10 balls scale" rating;
1.3. to supplement the provisions under section 12.3. as follows: "rated at pārizglītojošo 12.3. subjects that have organized the centralized exam, attest to the General certificate of secondary education.";
1.4. the express section 13.1.2 the following wording: "13.1.2 four exams at pārizglītojošo subjects (excluding the programs that start at the average learner education);";
1.5. make 2. table 1 of the annex to the note as follows: "notes".
1. Autonomous working hours must not exceed 15 percent of program volume.
2. the minimum amount of the professional content of music, art and choreography vocational secondary education programs that begin after appropriate learner industry vocational educational guidance, can be reduced by not more than 10 percent of professional tuition and practice total. ";
1.6. to supplement the provisions under annex 6 by the following: "6. the annex to Cabinet of 27 June 2000, the Regulation No 211 vocational secondary education and vocational education in the language of the country and 1 of the municipal budget financed: 1.1. vocational secondary education and vocational training programs that start at the average learner education, implemented by the national language;
1.2. vocational secondary education and vocational training program that basic learner initiated after the acquisition, exercise, providing learning content learning the State language for not less than three-fifths of the total amount of the programme.
2. Vocational training programme can be integrated into pedagogical correction program. To test the State of basic education programmes allowed for settlement of the implementation language of the law under the education obtained basic education State and local education authorities. After primary education in the national quest for the implementation of the programme continues, providing learning content learning the State language for not less than three-fifths of the remaining programs. "
