It shall be prohibited to use: 1.1. ornamental objects designed for light or color effects, such as in decorative lamps and pelnutrauko; 1.2. the joke and trick subjects; 1.3. games for one or more participants, or any subject for that purpose (even the decorations). 2. "20. Arsenic Compounds 1. Prohibited use as substances or ingredients in products intended for use in: 1.1. protection against micro-organisms, plants or animals of the formation of deposits on the boat (vessel) hulls, cages, floats, nets and any other appliances and equipment used in fisheries or shellfish farming, as well as to any totally or partially submerged in water devices and equipment; 1.2. in addition, the protection of the wood so treated wood placed on the market is prohibited; UR1.3.tom era in exceptional cases, limit the condition referred to in point 1.2, the prohibition does not apply to the Ctip copper, chromium and arsenic (CCA) an organic solution to use in industrial installations using vacuum or pressure impregnation of wood. Handrails and protective barrier on the highway; 1.3.5. the pasturage of cattle fences (peeled spruce stakes); 1.3.6. appliances against earth slumps; 1.3.7. electricity transmission and telecommunications line posts; 1.3.8. underground railway sleepers. Each of the treated wood market is marking in accordance with the laws and regulations governing chemical and chemical product classification, labeling and packaging, and the words "Only for professional and industrial use! Arsenic content! ". In addition, each such processed timber packing is the label "working with these wood, use gloves! Until 1 January 2005 to this requirement may not apply textile material made of recycled fibres if the previous dyeing of fibres of the amine the residues (in accordance with paragraph 1 of annex 5 list) is less than 0.007% by weight. 3. Azodyes (annex 5, para 2) prohibited the placing on the market or use in textile and leather articles as a substance or dye ingredients in products in concentrations higher than 0.1% by mass. "

1.6. to supplement annex 1 with 46, 47 and 48 as follows: "46. 47. Nonylphenol C6H4 (OH) C9H19 Nonilfenoletoksilāt (c2h4o) nc15h24o starting with 17 January 2005, has prohibited the placing on the market or used as a substance or product ingredients in concentrations equal to or greater than 0.1% by mass for the following purposes: 1. the production and office space for cleaning, with the exception of controlled closed dry cleaning systems where the disintegrated fluid reuse (recycling) or combustion as well as cleaning systems with special treatment where the liquid is recirkulēt disintegrated or burned. 2. for household Cleaning. 3. 48. Cement 1.
