No 39, 39) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 March 1998 regulations No. 89 "rules of hygiene and freshness and size criteria for the production of fishery products and the quotation market" Issued under the food surveillance law article 8 and article 13 of the third to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 17 March 1998 regulations No. 89 "rules of hygiene and freshness and size criteria for the production of fishery products and the quotation market" (Latvian journal 73., 1998,/74.nr.; 1999, 210./212.nr.; in 2004, 69 no) the following amendments: 1. Express 46.1 46.2 46.3, 46.4, 46.5,.,., and 29.0. subparagraph by the following: "watertight, 46.1. easy to clean and disinfect the floor, which designed the water run-off opportunity or fitted with equipment to remove water;
46.2. smooth, easy to clean, durable and impermeable walls;
46.3. easily cleaned ceiling;
46.4. made of durable material and easy to clean the door;
28.9. adequate ventilation and, if necessary, a well functioning air moisture nosūcējierīc;
46.6. adequate natural or artificial lighting; ".
2. Delete 29.0 29.1.46.9, and..
3. Make the following paragraph in 46.10: "hygienic waste water discharges to 46.10. System."
