No 39, 40), amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 22 April 2004 the Regulation No 406 "agricultural and processed agricultural products in external trade administration order" Issued under the agricultural and rural development Act article 8 second paragraph do Cabinet of 22 April 2004 the Regulation No 406 "agricultural and processed agricultural products in external trade administration order" (Latvian journal, 2004, 69 no) the following amendments: 1. provisions supplementing with 2.8. subparagraph by the following : "2.8. importing rights granted by issuing a permit for the import tariff quota, or use of approved importers, giving it an approval number corresponding to the customs import tariff quotas applicable in the European Union after the statutory enforcement."
2. the supplement to chapter III 7.1 points as follows: "for the right to import 7.1 or importer imports under the approval of the customs tariff quotas, the person shall provide support services in the Field of application. The application shall be accompanied by the following documents: 7.11. food and veterinary service issued the certificate of recognition of the business of the copy (the original show), if directly applicable European Union legislation intended to submit a document on the compliance of the business of the animal product production conditions after treatment for placing of the European Union's internal market for food or other food products;
7.12. the applicant approved the production of the processed product Formulator, if directly applicable European Union legislation to submit the supporting documents for the production of processed products containing products whose import application to be submitted to the acquisition;
7.13. the value added tax payer registration certificate copy (the original show), if directly applicable European Union legislation to submit proof that the application submitted for import rights acquisition in a European Union Member State in which it is established.
