No 46 18. §) rules on testing and calibration laboratories, certification and inspection bodies and the accreditation of environmental verifiers and supervision Issued in accordance with the law "on conformity assessment" in article 13, first paragraph and the law "on environmental protection", the fourth part of article 5.2 1. determines the national accreditation system, which includes testing and calibration laboratories, as well as quality system, product and personnel certification bodies, inspection bodies and environmental verifiers (hereinafter the institution) the accreditation and monitoring. 2. Accreditation of a single management body for the conformity assessment of regulated and unregulated sphere provides the national agency "Latvian National Accreditation Bureau" (hereinafter the Office). 3. Accreditation and its unified management development according to the competence participates in Latvian National Accreditation Council. The Council represents parties involved in accreditation. 4. The Office shall provide the Latvian National Accreditation Council review of the accreditation system and implement the Council's recommendations. 5. the Bureau shall carry out the inspection bodies and certification and accreditation of environmental verifiers in accordance with EN EN 45010 standard, as well as testing and calibration laboratory accreditation according to EN standard EN 45003. 6. the Office of the institution to be accredited by the contract. The Treaty lays down the procedures of accreditation deadlines and payment arrangements. 7. the Bureau shall carry out the accreditation of conformity assessment bodies, which operate in the regulated sphere of conformity assessment, according to the law on accreditation bodies laid down the criteria for the evaluation. 8. the Bureau shall inform the Ministry of economy of the conformity assessment bodies which operate in accordance with the requirements set out in the regulated sphere of conformity assessment. 9. the Office at least once a month to inform the environmental impact assessment State Bureau of assessment bodies and natural persons accredited verification in the field of the environment. 10. the Office at the request of the Ministry provides information on accredited institutions, respecting confidentiality of information obtained in the other accreditation. 11. the Office quarterly newspaper "journal" publishes a list of accredited institutions, indicating the scope of accredited institutions. 12. the Office will establish and maintain a register of accredited institutions.
