No 46 83) State Agency "agricultural data centre" Regulations Issued under the public law agency 8. the third paragraph of article i. General questions 1. State Agency "agricultural data centre" (hereinafter referred to as the Agency) is under the supervision of the Ministry of agriculture existing national regulatory authority. 2. the agency created to ensure uniform national livestock database of monitoring and control. II. functions of the Agency and uzdevumi3. The Agency shall have the following functions: 3.1. public administration function to provide the information needed to make the livestock sector according to the concerned regulatory laws; 3.2. implement national and international programs for livestock, buildings, farm animals, livestock breeding, and milk quotas. 3.3. introducing the country unified breeding system of information for monitoring milk and meat and livestock breeding value; 3.4. to inform the public about the laws governing livestock, livestock housing and animal keeper, as well as breeding and milk quotas. 4. the Agency shall have the following tasks: 4.1 maintain a database and archive of the herds, accommodation, farm animals and agricultural animal; 4.2. to ensure that the characteristics of the herd livestock and livestock holding register updating and event logging; 4.3. provide individual identity number for marking animals; 4.4. providing individual animal identification (ear) supply and service; 4.5. to prepare and issue the identification document provided for the animals (bovine, equine passport passport); 4.6 keep breeding and monitoring information database and archive. 4.7. to administer and handle livestock performance and monitoring data in accordance with the regulations; 4.8. ensuring regulations laid down in animal production and breeding of individuals involved with the Agency registers the existing information and ciltsdokumentācij; 4.9. maintain informational system for the milk producers and milk quotas; 4.10. to administer and maintain the milk quota information database and archive, event logging; 4.11. administer and register the business with milk quotas, and to monitor the implementation of milk quotas; 4.12. 5. the Agency shall have the following rights: 5.1 according to the competence to request and receive from State and local government institutions, as well as from natural and legal persons in the Agency's functions and tasks, the necessary information; 5.2. publish informational materials and provide information to the media on the Agency's competence issues; 5.3. invite experts to carry out the Agency's operational tasks; 5.4. According to the Minister of Agriculture approved pricing public services charge for public services rendered by the Agency; 5.5. to provide natural and legal persons charged with breeding, livestock, animal and milk quotas in related fields, as well as training and advisory services; 5.6. to receive donations, donations and foreign financial assistance; 5.7.
