Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 680 in Riga on august 3, 2004 (Mon. No 46 28) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 24 March 1998, the Regulation No 107 "rules on European Commission funded programme for decentralised implementation system" Issued under the cabinet installation article 14 of the law in the first part of paragraph 3 to make a Cabinet of 24 March 1998, the Regulation No 107 "rules on European Commission funded programme for decentralised implementation system" (Latvian journal, 1998, nr. 81; 1999, 86/87, 107/108.nr.; 2000 /469.nr., 466.) the following amendments: 1. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "Finance" with the word "financial".
2. Replace the text, the words "Central Finance and contract unit" (the fold) with the words "Central Finance and contracting agency" (fold).
3. Make the following paragraph 11: "11. Central Finance and contracting agency is the Ministry of finance in monitoring government agency that provides European Commission funded programme of administrative and financial management (tender, contract preparation and closing, as well as making payments)."
4. Express 25.5. subparagraph by the following: "25.5. five years after the European Commission set the closing time of the program keeps the technical documentation (reports, correspondence with the program officer, Central Finance and contracting agency and the host);".
