No 46 26) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 9 September 2003, regulations No. 512 "rules on the adoption register" Issued under the cabinet installation article 14 of the law in the first part of paragraph 3 to make the Cabinet September 9, 2003 regulations No. 512 "rules on adoption registry" (Latvian journal, 2003, 129 no) the following amendments: 1. Replace paragraph 2, the words "the Minister with special responsibility for children and Family Affairs Secretariat (hereinafter referred to as the Secretariat)" with the words "child and Family Affairs (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry)".
2. Replace the text of the provisions, the word "Secretariat" (fold) with the word "Ministry" (the fold).
3. Replace paragraph 5, the words "the Minister with special responsibility for children and family affairs" with the words "child and family affairs".
