Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 699 in 2004 (august 10. 23. § 47) rules on trade mark registration procedures and specimen forms Issued in accordance with the law "on trademarks and geographical indications" article 10 sixth 1. determines the procedure of registration of the trade mark required for the sample forms.
2. Establishes the following sample forms: 2.1 application for trademark/service mark registration (annex 1); 2.2. the trade marks application for international registration (annex 2); 2.3. application for trademark/service mark registration renewal (annex 3).
