Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 702 in 2004 (august 10. No 47) natural park "Ragakāp" personal protection and terms of use are Issued in accordance with the law "on especially protected natural territories" in article 17, the second part of rule 1 defines natural park "Ragakāp" (natural park) and the use of individual protection and its functional zoning to ensure special protection of habitat conservation, as well as preserve the dunes and pine forest landscape of the nature park in the recreation and education of visitors.
