Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 713 in Riga on 17 august 2004 (pr. No 48 7) amendments to the social services and social assistance act issued in the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make social services and social assistance Act (the Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 23; 2003; 2004, nr. 2, 14. no) the following amendments: article 35: replace the first paragraph, the words "social assistance budget" with the word "budget"; to supplement the article with the fourth paragraph as follows: "(4) in the third paragraph of this article, certain types of benefits, about the cost of the procedure and the persons entitled to receive these benefits, determine the local binding rules."
