Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 710 in Riga on 17 august 2004 (pr. No 48 4) amended the planning act issued in the territory of the Republic of Latvia article 81 of the Constitution in order to make the Planning Act (the territory of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2002, nr. 13; Latvian journal, 2002, nr. 189; The Saeima of the Republic of Latvia and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2003, nr. 10) the following amendments: 1. Express article 6 the fifth subparagraph by the following: "(5) a detailed plan refers to the local municipal Council (Council) decision in the planning area, and it developed after the local government planning, subject to the entry into force of the local government planning of the territory specified in the planned (allowed)."
2. transitional provisions be supplemented by 7 and 8 points by the following: "7. If a local Government does not have valid planning, detailed design, based on the existing district municipal planning areas specified in the planned (allowed).
8. paragraph 7 of the transitional provisions applicable until 31 December 2004. "
