Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 755 in Riga august 31 2004 (pr. No 51 17. §) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 22 May 2001 on the terms of the no 202 "rules on nominal quantities for pre-packed goods and packaging" nominal volume of reference Issued in accordance with the law "on a uniformity of measurements" the third paragraph of article 10 do Cabinet of 22 May 2001 on the terms of the no 202 "rules on nominal quantities for pre-packed goods and packaging standard nominal volume" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 81) as follows: 1. Replace 3.1. and 3.2 and point 1 of the annex, the word "weight" with the word "mass".
2. Replace paragraph 4, the words and figures "1.1.4.1., 3.1., 3.2 and 3.5" in subparagraph with the words and figures "of annex 1 3.1., 3.2, 3.5 and 3.9 in."
3. To supplement the provisions under paragraph 10 by the following: "10." this provision subparagraph 3.1.2 of annex 1 is valid until 31 December 2004. By 1 January 2005, the provisions of point 3.1 of annex 1 shall be applied to the product concerned paragraph 3.1.1 nominal volume values. "
4. Delete paragraph 1.1 of annex 1, the word "Latvia".
5. Express 1.4 of annex 1 of the following paragraph: "1.4. granulated white sugar, red or brown sugar and candy sugar: 125; 250; 500; 750; 1000; 1500; 2000; 2500; 3000; 4000; 5000; ".
6. Add to paragraph 3.1.1 of annex 1 by number "" with the words "0.187 (for consumption on board aircraft, ships, only trains and duty-free shops)".
7. Delete paragraph 3.1.2 of annex 1, the number "0".
8. Put the 3.9 annexes 1 subparagraph by the following: "3.9. alcohol (except the nomenclature heading 2207); liqueurs and other fortified beverages; tagged alcoholic products (the concentrated extracts) for the manufacture of beverages (nomenclature heading 2208): 0.02; 0.03; 0.04; 0.05; 0.10 (this reference is for use only in trade); 0.20; 0.35; 0.50; 0.70; 1; 1.125 (this reference is for use only in trade); 1.5; 2; 2.5; 4.5; 5 (this reference is for use only in trade); 10 (this reference is for use only in trade); ".
9. Supplement with an informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions resulting from: 1) Council of 19 December 1974 Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepackaged liquids;
2) Commission of 28 September 1978 by Directive 78/891/EEC adapting to technical progress the annexes to Council Directives 75/106/EEC and Directive 76/21/EEC on Prepackaging;
3) Council of 23 November 1979 by Directive 79/1005/EEC amending Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to tilpumiepild of certain prepackaged liquids;
4) Council of 18 December 1984, the Directive 85/10/EEC amending Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States for certain prepackaged liquid up by volume;
5) Council of 7 June 1988 Directive 88/316/EEC amending Directive 75/106/EEC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making-up by volume of certain prepackaged liquids;
