Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 760 in Riga august 31 2004 (pr. No 51 25) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 June 1996, regulations No 222 "regulations on control arrangements in the area of road transport" Issued in accordance with article 4 of the law on road transport of the second subparagraph of paragraph 2, to make the Cabinet of Ministers of 20 June 1996, regulations No 222 "regulations on control arrangements in the area of road transport" (Latvia's journal, 1996, 2000, 110 no;/101.nr.; 100 2004, 68 no) the following amendments: 1. Make the introductory part of point 4.4 follows : "4.4. border inspection posts of the Republic of Latvia, located in the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Russian Federation, on the border of the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Belarus State border, as well as ports:"; 2. Supplement with 4.5. subparagraph by the following: "4. the Republic of Latvia border inspection posts situated on the Republic of Latvia and the Republic of Estonia, the State border, as well as to the Republic of Latvia and Republic of Lithuania's State border, the State border guard of the addition to the provision referred to in paragraph 4.4.1. control and appropriate binding for Latvia international treaties and protocols on transport control defined for international road transport permits and permits made to the marks If the vehicle is registered in a State which is not a Member State of the European Union. " 3. ' 5. Replace paragraph 10 of the annex, the word "mate" with the word "Assistant". 6. in paragraph 13 of the annex to be expressed in the following: ' 13. Dangerous goods the total quantity per transport unit/Total quantity of dangerous goods per transport unit ". 7. Replace paragraph 14 of the annex: 7.1 number and the word "marginal 10011." with a number and the word "the" in paragraph 1.1.3.6; 7.2. the number and the words "Marginal 10011 quantity limit exceeds 100" with a number and the words "the Quantity limit exceeded in 1.1.3.6.". 8. Replace paragraph 15 of the annex: 8.1. the word "removable" with the word "demountabl"; 8.2. the words "tank battery" with the word "baterijtransportlīdzekl"; 8.3. the words "battery of receptacle" with the words "battery vehicle". 9. paragraph 16 of the annex to be expressed in the following: "4. in documents accompanying the transport//document (s)". 10. paragraph 29 of the annex be deleted: 10.1. the words "substance identification"; 10.2. the words "substance identification". 11. paragraph 32 of the annex to be expressed in the following wording: "32. One portable lamp for each vehicle crew member/one handlamp for each member of the vehicle crew". 12. paragraph 34 of the annex to be expressed in the following wording: "34. two independent-standing warning signs/two self-standing warning signs". 13. Put 36 of the annex by the following: "36. Vest or clothing with reflective details for every crew member/A warning vest or warning suitabl clothing for each member of the vehicle crew".
