Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 759 in Riga august 31 2004 (pr. No 51 24) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 December 1997, regulations No 394 ' railway … "Issued in accordance with article 2 of the law on construction of the fourth draw of the Cabinet of Ministers of 2 December 1997, regulations No 394 ' railway …" (Latvian journal, 1997, 314. no; 1998, 1999, 308/312.nr.; 64./65.nr.) the following amendments: 1. Replace, in paragraph 3, the words and figures "a Cabinet of 24 February 1998, the Regulation No 62" rules on the design of "territory" with the words and figures "of the Cabinet of Ministers of 13 January 2004, the Regulation No 34" local local planning rules.
2. To replace the words "in paragraph 14.2 Of the public order" by the words "on procurement for State or local government needs".
3. Supplement with 15.3. subparagraph by the following: "15.3. environmental accessibility requirements, particularly with regard to the possibility to move from one level to another altitude, and navigate (sound and Visual) of rail built environment set: 15.3.1. platforms, transitions, driveway off buildings, parking lots at railroad stations and stopping points;
15.3.2. entrance to the railway station and the stopping points in buildings;
15.3.3. railway station and stop point, especially in the interior corridors and escape routes;
15.3.4. railway station and stop point indoor décor, especially handicapped spaces in sanitary engineering. "
