Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 763 in Riga august 31 2004 (pr. No 51 34) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers on 30 October 2001, the Regulation No 460 "bird and rabbit meat movement provisions" Issued in accordance with article 42 of the law on veterinary medicine, and food surveillance law article 8 second paragraph do Cabinet of 30 October 2001, the Regulation No 460 "bird and rabbit meat chain" (Latvian journal, 2001, nr. 161; 2003, 141 no) the following amendments: 1. Delete paragraph 8. 2. Amend paragraph 9, the words "(land, sea or air in the cargo compartment of the vehicle for the transport of meat)". 3. Make paragraph 10 by the following: "the territory of the designated Slaughterhouse 10 place the fitting of hygiene requirements of the site." 4. Delete the second sentence of paragraph 11.5. 5. Delete the second sentence of subparagraph 16.7. 6. Replace 69.22 points, the words "in addition to the health mark, the information provided in the labelling of meat" with the words "cargo accompanying documents". 7. Deletion of Chapter VII. 8. Make the informative reference to European Union directives as follows: "Informative reference to European Union directives, the regulations include provisions deriving from Council of 27 November 1990 Council Directive 91/495/EEC concerning public health and animal health problems affecting the rabbit meat and farmed game meat production and placing on the market, and the Council on 15 February 1971, the provisions of Directive 71/118/EEC on health problems related with fresh poultrymeat trade. " 9. the annex shall be deleted.
