Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No 773 2004 in Riga on September 7 (pr. No 52 13) amendments to the Cabinet of Ministers of 25 March 2004, the regulations No. 168 "labelling of the veterinary medicinal product, distribution, and control rules" Issued in accordance with article 5 of the law on Pharmacy 3 and 12 to make a Cabinet of 25 March 2004, the regulations No. 168 "labelling of the veterinary medicinal product, distribution, and control rules" (Latvian journal, 2004, nr. 49) the following amendments: 1. Replace the 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 above, the words "company (company)" with the words "economic operator".
2. To make the introductory paragraph 5 by the following: "5. the manufacturer of a veterinary medicinal product shall designate the officials responsible for the receipt and quantity of veterinary medicinal products issued detailed records. Records indicate the following information: ".
3. Replace the words in paragraph 8.2.1. "companies (companies)" with the words "economic operators".
4. To delete the words in 72.5 "(company)".
5. Replace 75.1 75.2 in. "and the words" companies (companies) "with the words" economic operators ".
