Express the point 1 and 2 by the following: "1. determines the order in which the athletes, their coaches, athletes, sport operating service staff and the Ministry of education and science of sports administration recognized sports federations awarded cash prizes for outstanding achievements in sports, and the amount of prize money.
2. Prize money for outstanding achievements in sports, having regard to Latvia's national sport Council proposal, not less than twice a year, the Cabinet of Ministers granted. "
2. Add to paragraph 9, after the words "the national budget" with the words "and other State budget, when it adopted the decision according to the law on budget and financial management".
