Express the point 2 as follows: "2. the initiation of intervention measures and termination procedures defined: 2.1 Council of 17 May 1999, Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 on the milk and milk products the common organisation of the market (hereinafter referred to as the Council Regulation No 1255/1999);
2.2. Commission December 16, 1999, in Regulation No 2771/1999 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 as regards intervention on the market in butter and cream (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 2771/1999);
2.3. the Commission of 12 January 2001, Regulation (EC) No 214/2001 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 as regards intervention on the market in skimmed-milk powder (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation (EC) No 214/2001);
2.4. the Commission of 6 July 2004, Regulation (EC) No 1244/2004 laying down detailed rules for applying Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 as regards the granting of private storage aid for certain cheeses in the 2004/05.gada storage period (hereinafter referred to as Commission Regulation No 1244/2004). "
2. Express 4 by the following: "4. in order to implement the intervention measures, the dairy company (hereinafter undertaking) shall submit in writing the rural support service of the application for approval of application of the intervention arrangements. "
3. 6. Two working days after the completion of the evaluation, the State veterinary diagnostic laboratory of the Centre shall prepare a test report on the results of the assessment carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of this annex. 10. The Commission shall evaluate the cheese at least once a year in accordance with the food and veterinary service inspections and give an opinion on the consistency of cheese or non-compliance with national quality class of the category "extra cheese" conditions.
