"
2. Two working days after the completion of the evaluation, the State veterinary diagnostic laboratory of the Centre shall prepare a test report on the results of the assessment carried out in accordance with paragraph 5 of this annex. 7. the opinion on the compliance of the national cheese quality grade "extra class cheese" shall be in accordance with the order of the Minister of agriculture to create the Commission. The Commission shall evaluate the cheese at least once a year in accordance with the food and veterinary service inspections and give an opinion on the consistency of cheese or non-compliance with national quality class of the category "extra cheese" conditions.
