The officer who made the decision on the movement of the vehicle to a special parking lot, forced displacement of the vehicle shall immediately notify the State police territorial services (operational management Division), indicating the vehicle registration number, make and model (unidentified vehicles-including color and special features), time and space, from which you moved the vehicle, as well as special parking area, in which it is placed. 10.
